About
I have worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I started my journey at Weymouth Swimming Pool in 2010, where I worked until 2012 when I left to go to university to study strength and conditioning. I spent three years there, graduating with honours in 2015. In my final year, I received a scholarship offer to stay on for an additional year and complete a research study with the University of Gloucestershire. After finishing the research, I moved back to Weymouth, where I worked at the Ultimate Body Club for two years. In the winter of 2018, I left to set up Gym Geek, which has been my focus ever since.
