WHAT IS IT?
Gym Geek's open gym membership allows members to access the gym during designated open gym times, as shown on the timetable below.
This membership is ideal for those who are looking to train on their own, without the guidance of a personal trainer. Gym Geek was first and foremost built for personal training and sports performance work, so open gym memberships are limited in availability as its important to us that the gym is never too busy as there is nothing worse than having to wait to use equipment.
Open gym memberships can be purchased as a stand-alone option, or as part of a package that includes a training program and/or monthly sports massage. So members can customize their membership to fit their specific needs and goals.
The gym is a particularly ideal place for those who wish to practice their Olympic lifts, powerlifting movements. Many of our existing members are confident in the gym but want a touch of accountability with a training program and someone always on hand to ask the odd question.


OPEN GYM PLUS
If you choose either Open Gym plus you will receive a bespoke training plan via our App written specifically for your goals.
You will also have the support and guidance of our whole team, who will be available to answer your questions and provide support throughout your program. Your programs will be overseen by Joe who has over a decade of experience writing and planning training programs for people from all walks of life.
With your own personalised strength and conditioning program whether you're looking to get in the best shape possible for a big event this year like a wedding, a holiday or an athlete looking to take their sport to the next level, you can expect to see improvements in your strength, power, speed, body fat, and overall health.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Achieving and maintaining your health and fitness goals can be challenging, which is why every membership includes ongoing support and accountability. You have unlimited access to check-ins with our team to help you stay focused and on track.
These sessions can be used to review progress, refine nutrition strategies, set new goals, or discuss any obstacles you may be facing. Our team is dedicated to providing the guidance you need to stay motivated and continue moving forward.


OPEN GYM TIMES?
If we're open you can use open gym. Some times to remember at 6am,9am, and 5pm generally there are group sessions on but they only use the top 3 squat racks so you will still have access to all our machines, 3 other squat racks, sled and dumbbell area. Once you're here your squat rack is yours and most of the training plans we write work off of the big compounds lifts so there's no waiting around for equipment like you would at big commercial spaces at peak times.
