Achieving and maintaining your health and fitness goals can be challenging, which is why every membership includes ongoing support and accountability. You have unlimited access to check-ins with our team to help you stay focused and on track.

LIFESTYLE

PERSONAL TRAINING AND SPORTS MASSAGE

This means that you can choose a package that includes both one-on-one personal training sessions with our highly qualified coaches and sports massage sessions with Lloyd, our sports therapist.
Our personal training packages are designed to be flexible and customizable, so you can choose the combination of services that works best for you. For example, you might choose to have a few one-on-one personal training sessions per week, along with a sports massage session every week or every other week. Or, you might choose to have a more intensive training schedule that includes both personal training sessions and sports massage sessions on a more frequent basis.
