CLUB PT

At Gym Geek, we’ve built a group personal training program that blends expert coaching, tailored programming, and injury support all under one roof. Our coaching team brings together a combined 50+ years of experience in strength and conditioning, personal training, and sports therapy. So whatever your starting point, you’re in safe hands.

WHAT IS IT?

OUR PROGRAM

The program itself is written in months in advance by our strength and conditioning coach Joe. Joe’s programming expertise shaped by his professional sports background, mean he is used to planning multiple tailored programs that run seamlessly together in the same session. This sets our Club PT program apart allowing you the choice to pick the track that best matches your goals while still training with others in a group environment. 

HYBRID – For all-rounders who want the best of both worlds, Axis combines strength sessions with high-intensity interval training. Perfect for improving strength, fitness, and body composition.
 

STRENGTH – Less cardio, more lifting. Forge is designed for those who love the weights room, putting strength and muscle-building firmly at the core of the program.
 

SWEAT – Sweat, move, repeat. Surge puts HIIT front and centre, with just enough strength work mixed in to make sure you’re building resilience while maxing out your cardiovascular fitness.

All tracks run simultaneously during each session so you can still train with a group but with the flexibility to focus on the area of training you really want to improve at.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Achieving and maintaining your health and fitness goals can be challenging, which is why every membership includes ongoing support and accountability. You have unlimited access to check-ins with our team to help you stay focused and on track.

These sessions can be used to review progress, refine nutrition strategies, set new goals, or discuss any obstacles you may be facing. Our team is dedicated to providing the guidance you need to stay motivated and continue moving forward.

SPORTS THERAPY SUPPORT

As part of your membership, you also get access to our resident sports therapist Lloyd, who provides complimentary 15-minute injury check-ins to keep you training strong, safely, and consistently.
