At Gym Geek, we offer one 2 one personal training to help you reach your fitness goals. Our team of highly qualified coaches has over three decades of combined experience and has worked with thousands of clients of all abilities. 

Our one-on-one personal training sessions are tailored specifically to your needs and goals. Our coaches will assess your current fitness level and design a customized training program to help you reach your goals. They will guide you through a weekly training sessions, providing support, encouragement, and guidance along the way.

Our coaches are committed to helping you succeed and will work with you to develop a training plan that is both challenging and achievable. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve at your current sport, or simply get in the best shape possible. We have the experience and expertise to help you get there.

We understand that you have a busy work and life schedules, and we strive to make our one 2 one personal training sessions as convenient and flexible as possible. Our coaches are willing to work with you to find a training schedule that fits around your other commitments.

This can mean scheduling sessions at times that are convenient for you, such as early in the morning or late at night. It can also involve meeting at a location that is convenient for you, whether that's at our gym, at a nearby park, or in your own home.

Overall, our goal is to make one-on-one personal training as convenient and flexible as possible, so that you can get the support and guidance you need to reach your fitness goals, no matter how busy your schedule might be.

We offer a range of personal training packages that allow members to mix and match different types of training and therapy services to meet their individual needs and goals. This means that you can choose a package that includes both one-on-one personal training sessions with our highly qualified coaches and sports massage sessions with Lloyd, our sports therapist.

Our personal training packages are designed to be flexible and customizable, so you can choose the combination of services that works best for you. For example, you might choose to have a few one-on-one personal training sessions per week, along with a sports massage session every week or every other week. Or, you might choose to have a more intensive training schedule that includes both personal training sessions and sports massage sessions on a more frequent basis.

Regardless of the combination of services you choose, our goal is to provide you with the support and guidance you need to reach your fitness goals and maintain optimal health and well-being. By mixing and matching our personal training and therapy services, you can create a customized program that meets your specific needs and preferences.

Sports therapy support

As a member of our one 2 one program, you will be given the opportunity to have a 15-minute injury check-in with Lloyd, our sports therapist, on a monthly basis. This check-in is an opportunity for you to speak with Lloyd about any injuries or discomfort that may be hindering your training.

We understand how frustrating it can be to have your progress disrupted, so Lloyd is here to help keep you on track and do his best to fix any injuries. He will also advise you on what training you can and cannot do for a quick recovery or he may provide you with a simple prehab warm up to correct any dysfunction and help get you training pain-free again.


Staying on track with your fitness and health goals can be challenging, especially when you are trying to make significant changes in your lifestyle. Even the most dedicated and motivated people can struggle to maintain their momentum and focus. That's why we offer a range of support and accountability services as part of your membership. One of these services is the ability to book as many check-ins as you need to help you stay on track and achieve your goals.

During these check-ins, you can discuss any issues or challenges you are facing with a trained professional. You can use these sessions to talk about anything that you need help with, such as taking measurements to track your progress, keeping a food diary to stay on track with your nutrition, setting goals for the coming month, or just having a general chat about where you feel you need support to continue making progress. Our team is here to help you overcome any obstacles and stay motivated on your journey to better health and fitness.
