What is Peach lab?

Peach Lab by GYM Geek is a Strength training program for women that has been specifically designed and written to cater to all abilities from beginner to bikini model.

The program itself is delivered in small group sessions by Suzi, one of our personal trainers. The sessions are designed and written by our Lead Strength & Conditioning coach Joe.

This is an efficient full body program with a special emphasis on growing your glutes, improving body composition and increasing your strength with 2-4 workouts a week. 

There is no contract just a monthly membership which you are free to leave at any time, but like many of our members we're sure you will want to stick around.

Staying on track with your fitness and health goals can be challenging, especially when you are trying to make significant changes in your lifestyle. Even the most dedicated and motivated people can struggle to maintain their momentum and focus. That's why we offer a range of support and accountability services as part of your membership. One of these services is the ability to book as many check-ins as you need to help you stay on track and achieve your goals.

During these check-ins, you can discuss any issues or challenges you are facing with a trained professional. You can use these sessions to talk about anything that you need help with, such as taking measurements to track your progress, keeping a food diary to stay on track with your nutrition, setting goals for the coming month, or just having a general chat about where you feel you need support to continue making progress. Our team is here to help you overcome any obstacles and stay motivated on your journey to better health and fitness.

One of the main reasons many of the women we train say they have stopped training is because they're not sure how or where to start when it comes to lifting weights or they feel self conscious in busy public gyms. On our Peach Lab program that wont be a problem the gym is completely private and you will be given as much or as little coaching as you need to make sure you're training safely and effectively.

We know lots of you out there are not sure how to start when planning your training program. We will do all that for you. All sessions are written by Joe specifically for our members and our gym. He has over a decade of experience working with first time gym users of all ages and abilities from a new mum, right up to international athletes preparing for their sport. All our members keep track of their progress in their training diary's so we can ensure that you are always moving forward.

We know for many women going to the gym can be an intimidating experience and there is nothing worse than being told by a 20yr old personal trainer that "You need to make time for training and prepare your meals in advance" when you're a single mum working a full time job. Suzi, who will lead the majority of your sessions, has been there and done it (check out Suzi's story here). She totally understands what it takes to achieve your goal. Sports therapy support

As a member of our peach lab program, you will be given the opportunity to have a 15-minute injury check-in with Lloyd, our sports therapist, on a monthly basis. This check-in is an opportunity for you to speak with Lloyd about any injuries or discomfort that may be hindering your training. We understand how frustrating it can be to have your progress disrupted, so Lloyd is here to help keep you on track and do his best to fix any injuries. He will also advise you on what training you can and cannot do for a quick recovery or he may provide you with a simple prehab warm up to correct any dysfunction and help get you training pain-free again.

We understand that, from time to time, no matter how well you plan your week, occasionally you just cannot make training at the times you want to.

So, to help you out, your Peach Lab membership also allows you to book sessions on our Group PT timetable.

Don't worry, you won't miss out on growing your glutes though, as our coaches are more than happy to run the Peach Lab program alongside the Group PT program during these times.

Alternatively, if you cannot make any of the scheduled Group PT sessions, we are more than happy for you to replace one of your Peach Lab sessions with an open gym slot instead.
