  • Where can I park?  Usually right outside the building beneath the carbon matters sign anywhere on the gravel.

  • What are the opening times? 
    Monday-Friday - 6am – 9pm
    Saturday and Bank Holiday – 8am – 12pm
    Sunday – Closed.

 

  • Do you have changing facilities? 
    Yes, we provide comfortable changing facilities which includes a shower, toilet and a heated towel rail.

 

  • Is there disabled access? 
    Yes, we have an accessible ramp to gain access in and out of the gym.

 

  • Is the gym staffed? 
    Yes, a member of the GymGeek team is always on hand should you need any help or have any questions during your visit.

 

  • Is there parking?
    Yes, we have ample, free parking on site at the front of the gym.

 

  • Is there Wi-Fi?
    Yes, we provide free, highspeed Wi-Fi, just ask a member of the team for the password!

 

  • How do I book a session?
    You can book your sessions at anytime via the “your bookings” section of our website after you have signed up with us.

 

  • What cleaning and COVID-19 measures do you have in place? 
    We are still taking serious measures to ensure that all our members can train in a safe and comfortable environment, we have regular cleaning intervals throughout the day and thoroughly clean each piece of equipment after use. We also provide 2 sanitising stations for you to use at your convenience.

Managing your membership
 

  • Billing and Bill Timing 
    During the sign-up process, prior to joining the gym you can select a billing date that suits you best.
     

  • Is there a minimum membership contract? 
    No, we do not require a minimum contract with any of our memberships. We only ask for 28 days notice before cancelling, Freezing or changing membership options.

  • Can I change my membership? 
    Yes, you can! If you decide you would like more sessions per week then we can change your membership at any time.

 

  • If I miss a session what happens?
    You can catch up your sessions anytime within the same month. For example, if you are on our silver group membership which gives you 2x training sessions per week. Then you can simply do 3x sessions the following week.
     

  • Can I attend both small group and peach lab sessions with my membership?
    Yes, you can book on to either session with your group memberships via the “Your bookings” page on our website.

 

  • What do I do if I need to cancel my membership?
    You can cancel your membership by speaking to a member of the team either during your next visit to the gym, via e-mail or contacting us via our social media platforms. Our cancellation policy states that we require 28 days notice prior to your desired cancellation date.
     

  • Can I swap sports massage session for a one 2 one?
    Yes all our one 2 one memberships sessions are interchangeable between sports massage, injury rehab and personal training.
