OUR CLASS

YOUNG LIFTERS

WHAT IS IT?

Young Lifters is designed for boys and girls aged 11–17 of all abilities, offering 1–3 coached sessions per week to build strength, confidence, and solid lifting foundations in a safe, supportive environment. 

OUR PROGRAM

The Young Lifters Program is designed to introduce teenagers to strength training in a safe, structured, and educational environment. There is still a lot of misinformation suggesting that lifting weights at a young age is harmful, but research consistently shows that properly supervised resistance training is both safe and highly beneficial for young people.

Our program focuses on teaching correct form and technique from the very beginning. We break training down into the key movement patterns that underpin almost every exercise in the gym, helping young lifters understand how to move well before adding load.

Alongside this, we introduce basic plyometrics and weightlifting in a fun and engaging way, building coordination, strength, and confidence. The goal isn’t just to make them stronger now, but to develop good training habits and movement skills that will benefit them for life.

TUESDAY: 4:15 - 5:00pm

THURSDAY: 4:15 - 5:00pm
FRIDAY: 10:00 - 11:00

More session times to be added as the program grows.
