Whether you're a fitness fanatic or just getting started, this program is tailored to suit your needs and is available in two flexible options of 8 or 12 weeks.
 

What's included:

  1. Sports Massage: Treat yourself to a rejuvenating sports massage every 4 weeks, easing those sore muscles and ensuring you stay on top of your game.
     

  2. Personal Training Sessions: Receive expert guidance and individual attention with one personal training session every 4 weeks, helping you optimize your workouts and stay motivated.
     

  3. Unlimited Group Personal Training: Push yourself to new heights in our dynamic and energetic group training sessions, led by skilled trainers who will keep you engaged and inspired throughout your fitness journey.
     

  4. Unlimited Peach Lab Sessions: Join our specialized Peach Lab sessions, targeting key areas to sculpt and tone your body, helping you achieve that perfect summer shape you've always wanted.
     

  5. Regular Nutrition Guidance: Fuel your body right with our nutrition guidance, offering you the knowledge and support to make healthy and sustainable choices for your lifestyle.
     

  6. Accountability Check-Ins: Stay on track with our dedicated coaches who will regularly check in with you, providing motivation, support, and celebrating your progress along the way.

Off-Peak U18s 

For the older child who maybe doesn't want to go to a busy commercial gym or is seeking some structure to their training. Our comprehensive in house u18s training program, meticulously designed to cover all the basics of safe and effective gym training. This program is regularly updated every 2 weeks and can be accessed for our app or we will provide a training diary for them to complete each week, ensuring that your child remains engaged and challenged as they progress on their fitness journey. With a focus on proper form, technique, and injury prevention, our coaches will guide and inspire your child to reach their full potential. They can book an open gym slot to train anytime Monday to Friday between 11am - 4pm and Saturdays 10:00-12pm. There will be a group induction process every Monday afternoon for all who sign up to this membership option to ensure everyone understands how to use the equipment in a safe and effective manner.
